Disclosure & Ethics

FTC requirements for Suite affiliates

Affiliate income must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously. These rules are a condition of staying in the program.

Disclose before the link, not after it. The disclosure belongs above the fold, in the caption, and in the video itself — not buried in a bio, a hashtag pile, or a comment.
Use plain words: "I earn a commission if you buy through my link." Avoid "sp–", "aff", or any abbreviation a casual reader would miss.
Only promote what you actually use or have genuinely evaluated. Never invent results, revenue figures, or outcomes.
No guaranteed-income claims, no "get rich" framing, and no implying Suite Solutions endorses claims we have not made.
Never bid on Suite brand terms in paid search, spam inboxes or groups, or use cookie-stuffing, coupon injection, or misleading redirects.
Honor requests to be excluded, keep disclosures on repurposed content, and route any client or press question to us rather than answering on our behalf.
